Refunds for Challenges are not permitted for change of mind and participatnts once signed on direct debit are responsible for all payments for the duration of their 10 week challenge. 


Refunds for single sessions are not permitted. You may reschedule your booking via your account up to 24 hours before.


Refunds on clothing and accessories are not given for change of mind and will only be given if sufficient evidence can be provided that the item was faulty on delivery. 


Items will be exchanged for size changes at the purchasers expense to return the original item in new condition.
